We offer a range of services for children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs ranging from the age of 3 to 25 years + We also offer help and support to the parents and carers of the children and young people.
We accept children and young people from across the Bradford and Leeds districts. We operate an open referral system which means that parents/carers are welcome to contact Snoop direct, or can be referred through professional involvement such as a social worker, education or medical professional.
